Overview
We are seeking a hard working and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year experience working in a busy restaurant environment, serving tables and functions. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be working closely with our kitchen team to ensure day to day service is running efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service, and ensuring all customers are receiving great service. Shift patterns will vary but we aim to offer a more work-life balance with shifts and aim to give days off at weekends. This role involves some opening and closing procedures so candidates must be available for some day shifts as well as evening. (9.30-5pm / 5pm - 1am * Friday & Saturdays).
We offer weekly pay and great cash tips.
Duties
- Control and manage day-to-day bookings and customer walk ins.
- Help and organise some function events
- Assist in bartending duties as needed, including serving hot beverages and cocktails.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Cash handling duties and opening/closing procedures will be involved for some shifts.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation and production.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
- To be able to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure.
- Personal License and Bartending skills is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 38 per week
