You'll need to:
- pass enhanced DBS background check
- have a paediatric first aid certificate (or willingness to complete)
Day-to-day tasks
In this role you would:
- arrange task lists and job roles
- organise and promote special events
- assist recruitment, scheduling and manage staff
- control budgets and monitor performance targets for your centre
- take responsibility for health and safety
- engage and handle disputes with customers
- included duties as a keyholder
- engage with the team and support them in their development
- identify areas of improvement within the team and the business
- provide additional training to team members on their training plan
- quality assurance checks on staff work
- inspecting and reporting on company equipment
