Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parking Supervisor to oversee the drivers of our parking facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in supervisory and driving roles. This role requires effective communication abilities, reliability, commitment and an excellent understanding of the English language both written and verbal.
Shifts commence from 10am and run through the evening until all vehicles are transferred. All applicants must therefore be available to work evenings and weekends, as we trade 7 days a week.
Successful applicants are responsible for the payment of their own tax and national insurance and must provide their UTR number prior to commencing work.
Duties
- Manage and supervise all aspects of parking operations, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Reinforce company and site parking policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders to address concerns and improve service quality.
- Monitor parking facility conditions, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and staff schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or parking management role is preferred.
- Valid driving licence with a minimum 1 years experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
