Bar Supervisor
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Supervisor to join our close-knit team at Margot, a wine bar and eatery in the heart of Parbold. With a strong focus on specialty coffee, fresh seasonal food, and warm hospitality, we’re proud to offer a calm yet vibrant space for our guests—and a rewarding workplace for our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the floor with warmth and confidence, ensuring smooth daily service
- Support and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Keep a sharp eye on detail—cleanliness, presentation, and product quality
- Handle cashing up, opening and closing procedures, and assist in stock control
- Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s running food, making drinks, or lending a hand behind the bar
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or deli environment
- A natural people person with a calm, positive attitude
- Comfortable taking the lead and thinking on your feet
- Passionate about good coffee, seasonal food, and excellent service
- Flexible availability, including weekends
