Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our logistics and supply chain operations, managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and facilitating shipments to our domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping Management: Arranging domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations. Calculate freights costs.
Goods Reception: Receive and book in incoming goods, conducting quality checks to verify parts meet specifications. Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are correctly accounted for. Palletise goods for safe transportation and arrange collections as needed.
Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks, counting and splitting orders to maintain accurate inventory levels. Allocate and print pick sheets for efficient order processing.
Dispatch Operations: Dispatch orders in a timely manner, generating dispatch notes and customs invoices as required. Process returns by filling out concern log and managing inventory adjustments.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, but not necessary. Basic understanding of shipping processes and inventory management. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements: Most items are light weight but on occasions, the ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25kg) would be required.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
