We're looking for a Store Keeper based in Harrogate
Working in the Harrogate engineering stores, this role is responsible for the timely and accurate replenishment of stock including placing orders, supplier management and the receiving and issuing of parts, goods and services.
As Store Keeper you will provide purchasing advice and assist on all matters related to the maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet and other sundry stock.

- You will be contracted to 37 hours per week. Working Monday to Friday with flexibility to cover central stores opening hours and evening / weekend work as and when required.

What do we need from you?
- A good standard of computer literacy to enable you to competently use the engineering stock control systems and maintain accurate data and fulfil orders, specific systems training will be given.
- To take responsibility for all stocked consumables and engineering parts.
- To carry out forward stock planning, trends analysis and forecasting to maintain stock availability and meet company demands.
- To work closely with the engineering management team and be the first point of contact for the Central Stores Operative / Drivers to assist them in completing their daily tasks.
- The ability to deal professionally and effectively with suppliers and our accounts department to handle/resolve all queries relating to delivery/stock discrepancies/quality issues and invoicing.
- A clean driving licence and FLT licence (training will be provided if required).
- Flexibility to provide cover across other Blazefield depot locations as required.
