The Opportunity
Join RIMOWA as a Stockist in our new Selfridges Concession and be part of a brand that stands for quality, innovation, and timeless design.
Job responsibilities
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Keep stock well organised
- Ensure to have the right kind and quantity of products in the stock
- Provide your KPIs to the Store Manager
- Enable Client Advisors to find products easily (explain your system)
- Ensure that the stockroom is easily accessible and follows all local Health & Safety guidelines
- Communicate to the store client advisors about out of stock items/items in tension
- Plan and execute stock count following Rimowa stock count written procedure
Communicate with the Head Quarters:
- Co-ordinate with head office for annual stock counts
Follow and control the orders:
- Validate delivery invoices in a timely manner
- Supervise all deliveries and put them into the stockroom
- Liaise with the supply chain team in a timely manner with issues regarding delivery couriers etc.
Help the Client Advisor team in selling if necessary
Profile
- We would like to speak to professionals who are passionate about service, lifestyle and travel destinations
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results
- Passion for retail and sales
- A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs.
- Pro-active and positive attitude
- Excellent personal presentation – a Rimowa Employee
- Understanding of Retail KPIs
- A fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage.
