PRIMARY ROLE
Overseeing stock control and liaising with the warehouse, sales, and finance. This will be achieved by working together, in the best interests of the company, with all other members of the company.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
· Forecasting stock requirements and risks of shortages.
· Analysing supply chain data to plan purchases and replenishment.
· Ensure correct stock levels of PPE, Tooling and Engineering parts
· Conducting inventory audits at regular frequency with documented results to include wire and finished goods and report stock reconciliation (value and quantities in M3)
· Highlight stock issues and report (to include quarantine, aged and obsolete stock)
· Good intake checks (Quantity and Quality)
· Tracking shipments, delays, and the internal movement of stock.
· Arranging and completing shipping and transport of goods/materials.
· Monitor and manage all subcon activity
· Liaise with 3rd party storage facilities.
· Supplier liaison.

Qualifications/Skills
· Three years of stock control experience.
· Inventory management software proficiency – ERP system knowledge
· Problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles and guidelines.
· Time management, organisation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
