Hours: 37.5 hours per week

As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant, and fit for the future. You’ll carry out stock condition, energy and HHSRS surveys to help us capture robust data, inform long-term investment decisions, and support our mission to provide homes that our customers are proud to live in.

What we’re looking for
Someone with a strong background in property maintenance, housing, or construction who can combine technical expertise with a customer-first mindset. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, using your initiative, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Significant experience in property maintenance (housing) or construction.
- Knowledge of stock condition surveys, HHSRS surveys and property-related data management.
- A relevant qualification (BTEC or equivalent in property/construction) – HHSRS accreditation is desirable.
- Confidence with technology, including mobile devices and data systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional requirements
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across our housing stock.
- To successfully complete a Basic DBS check.

- Salary: £35,500 - £37,068 per year, with an annual salary review
