Position:
Based at our Ballymena Branch, a full time, permanent opportunity has arisen in our Team for an ambitious Stock & Systems Controller. The primary focus is on managing stock level which will allow for efficiency within the operations of the Branch, driving sales and ensuring the highest levels of Customer service in an effective manner.
Scope:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Stock & Systems Controller will:
- Ensure the accuracy, control and effective management of inventory and stock practices
- Identify and understand the root cause of stock adjustments
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide information on inventory performance
- Conduct a rolling review of branch processes, to drive continuous improvement
- Motivate and manage your work colleagues to achieve a common goal
What do you need to be successful?
- Excellent Customer Service skills and communication
- Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in managing stock
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good analytical and IT Skills with competence in using Excel
