Job Overview
We are seeking 2 skilled steel fixers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation of rebar, This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on site.
Duties
- Install lose rebar
- Able to read drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out construction tasks.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance.
- Engage in heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as required on site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as a steel fixer.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Competence in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Previous experience working on slabs, beams column structures is beneficial.
