Hours: Flexible / Holiday Club Hours
Pay: £12.81–£13 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

We’re looking for enthusiastic Sports Coaches/Play Leaders to join our team during school holidays and beyond. You'll be working in a unique and dynamic environment, helping children aged 5–12 build confidence, try new activities, and develop life skills — all while having fun!
About the Role
As part of a supportive team, you’ll:
- Lead and deliver a variety of sports and play activities — from football, basketball, nerf and trampolining to creative arts & crafts and dodgeballs.
- Create a safe, inclusive and structured environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive.
- Encourage teamwork, friendship, and respect among children from all backgrounds.
- Be a positive role model, bringing energy, creativity and leadership to every session.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children aged 5–16 in sports, play, or education.
- A Level 2 (or above) qualification in Childcare, Play work, or Sports Coaching.
- Confident leadership and excellent communication skills.
- A passion for working with young people in a fun, active environment.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and behaviour management.
Bonus if you have:
- Relevant childcare qualification Level 2 and or Level 3 (Essential)
- Pediatric First Aid certificate (Preferred)
- Relevant certificates such as safeguarding etc. (Preferred)
- Food Hygiene(Preferred)
- DBS(Essential)
