From the founders of the Michelin-starred Sabor, Chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, is seeking a Sommelier to be part of Legado—a brand new Spanish restaurant opening this summer in Shoreditch.

The Location
Legado, meaning ‘legacy’ in Spanish will showcase the depth and diversity of Spanish food.
With over two decades of experience leading Spanish cuisine in London, Chef Nieves is bringing her vision to life at Legado, a celebration of Spain’s regional culinary heritage.
Legado will open late August 2025 in Montacute Yards, just off Shoreditch High Street.
The Position
As Sommelier, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of service and an exceptional guest experience within the restaurant and private dining rooms. You will recommend and sell wines to customers both to complement their tastes and to pair with their menu choices.
The successful Sommelier will have:
- An engaging and personable nature with a professional and confident communication style;
- A passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience;
- Prior experience as a Sommelier within a quality restaurant;
- WSET or equivalent Sommelier qualification;
- The ability to assist the Front of House team when necessary;
- An excellent knowledge of food and beverage;
- The eagerness to continually learn and develop your career within hospitality.
