Natural Spa Factory is an independent beauty and wellness brand creating high-quality, natural skincare products for spas, hotels, and retail. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a flair for photography and content creation, and a passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing.
What You’ll Do
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn that align with our brand.
- Plan and brainstorm content aligned with seasonal campaigns and launches.
- Capture and edit photography and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, stories).
- Support product and lifestyle photoshoots, including styling and brand consistency.
- Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and blog content to drive sales and engagement.
- Monitor beauty and FMCG trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
- Engage with the audience daily, with occasional real-time check-ins outside standard hours.
- Support influencer partnerships, gifting, PR outreach, events, and pop-ups.
- Maintain e-commerce product content and support merchandising.
- Track and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- FMCG marketing experience, ideally in beauty, skincare, or wellbeing.
- Strong creative eye for detail and photography skills.
- Confident copywriter with knowledge of beauty/wellness brand tone.
- Trend-aware and passionate about content that drives sales.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to work on-site with flexible hours.
