Role Overview
This is a unique role ideal for someone passionate about social media, storytelling, and customer experience. You will be responsible for growing our TikTok and Instagram presence, producing daily content from the shop floor, and traveling to events, collaborations, and product campaigns. You will also assist in day-to-day store operations.
Responsibilities
- Film, edit, and publish daily TikTok and Instagram Reels featuring new product launches, behind-the-scenes content, and customer stories
- Use our in-house office space for editing, content planning, and scheduling when not on the shop floor
- Engage with our audience by replying to messages and comments and fostering community growth
- Support our in-store team in creating a welcoming and exciting retail experience
- Travel to events, pop-ups, and brand collaborations across the UK (and potentially internationally)
- Assist with product displays, customer service, and merchandising
- Develop and contribute creative campaign ideas that align with MITI’s brand and mission
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels (portfolio or samples required)
- Confident filming and editing with tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Rush
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable being on or behind the camera
- Organised and self-motivated with excellent time management
- Experience in retail, brand ambassador work, or customer service is an advantage
- Willingness to travel and represent MITI at national and international events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per month
