We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. As a Skilled Labourer, you will be responsible for various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
Duties
- Carry out manual labour tasks as directed by supervisors or project managers.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work sites, ensuring they are clean and safe.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions for assembling materials and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Report any issues or hazards encountered during work to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure and adapting to changing conditions.
- Working off scaffolding at times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects when required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: £100.00-£200.00 per day
