I’m working with a leading Independent Training Provider (ITP) that delivers specialist rail training across the UK. They’re looking for a Signalling Instructor to join the team and deliver short courses to rail sites nationwide.
This role is ideal for someone from a rail signalling background who wants to move into training and pass on their knowledge to the next generation. No teaching qualifications are needed - you’ll be fully supported and put through them as part of the role.

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering short signalling courses to rail sites across the UK
- Travelling nationwide to client sites (expect plenty of time on the road)
- Sharing your technical expertise with learners at all levels
- Working with an established training provider that invests in its people
- Background in rail signalling (installation, maintenance, testing, or similar)
- Confidence in sharing your knowledge with others
- Flexibility to travel nationwide
- Interest in developing a career as an instructor/trainer
- Salary up to £55,000
