Skilled Sheet Metal Worker – Press Brake Operator

We’re currently looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker with strong press brake setting and operating skills to join our team and support our growing manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machinery accurately and safely.
- Work with precision to bend and form sheet metal parts to specification.
- Assist in additional fabrication processes.
- Ensure all parts meet Broxton’s high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in press brake setting and operation.
- Comfortable working in a subcontract manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Willingness to learn new machinery, tools, and software in the future.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.

Pay
The pay rate will be agreed according to the applicant’s level of experience and demonstrated understanding of the process.
