York Van Centre, a family owned company, selling New & Used Vans and a Franchise for the Isuzu Pick up, have an excellent opportunity available for an Experienced Service and Aftersales Advisor to join our busy team in our New Showroom at Shipton by Beningbrough, York
What will you be doing on a daily basis?
- This position entails working along side our Service Manager, dealing with our valued customers to book their vehicles into our busy workshop and deliver a high level of customer service. To Work 40 hours per week and every 2nd Saturday Morning.
- You will liaise with the Manager to ensure Workshop/MOT Bay bookings are made, produce invoices for completed work and explain the content to customers.
- Dealing with customer enquiries by e-mail or face to face efficiently
- Ensuring you are fully prepared for our customers visits and ensuring that every aspect of their visit is catered for in a positive and professional manner.
- Liaise with our Technicians and ensure they have the parts for their Jobs
What we’re looking for:
- Experience gained from a similar role is essential, and Parts Experience would also be an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Administration experience and the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately
- The ability to work independently with a proactive approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
