Service Counter Advisor – Honda Motorcycles
Location: Staffordshire Honda, Newcastle under Lyme
Hours: Full-time (Saturdays included) with Sundays + Week Day Off

Are you passionate about motorcycles and delivering first-class customer service? We’re looking for a Service Counter Advisor to join our busy Honda Motorcycle main dealership team. About the Role:
As a Service Counter Advisor, you will be the friendly face of our service department – the first point of contact for customers booking in their bikes, seeking service advice, or collecting their vehicles. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service throughout their ownership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with service enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently
- Provide accurate cost estimates and explain work required
- Liaise between the workshop and customers, keeping them informed of progress
- Manage invoicing, payments, and service records
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge (full training provided)
- Uphold Staffordshire Honda's exceptional customer service standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role motorcycle or automotive preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for motorcycles – Honda knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
- Confidence using booking systems and general office software
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Full motorcycle licence is advantageous
