For over 35 years, Sidegate Motors has proudly served Great Yarmouth and the surrounding areas as an Authorised Peugeot & Citroën Repairer, delivering high-quality vehicle care and exceptional customer service. With the recent addition of our second site – Sidegate Motorpark our growth continues, and we’re excited to welcome a new team member on this journey.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. From welcoming customers in person and by phone to coordinating service and repair work, you’ll be the link between our valued customers and our skilled workshop team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a customer-focused, self-motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll need to:
- Confidently communicate with customers in a caring and professional manner
- Accurately assess and respond to customer needs
- Contribute to the smooth daily running of a busy service department
- Ideally, have experience with motor trade computer systems (training provided if required)
