GWR Kia is the UK’s premier Kia dealership and home to Europe’s largest Kia showroom, located in the heart of Brentford on the iconic Great West Road.
Our state-of-the-art facility includes four expansive showroom floors, over 100 vehicles on display and over 15 service bays, making us a true one-stop destination for all things Kia – from sales to aftercare.

What you will be doing:
- Arranging customer bookings for the workshop, recording & communicating authority for any extra work required or parts to be ordered or fitted
- Understand the customer's needs and correctly interpret instructions
- Assist with planning the forward capacity of the workshop, monitoring all work to ensure that it is completed by the times required
- Check, inspect and test incoming and outgoing vehicles and work including acting as quality controller, as required
- Ensure that work done, parts and consumables used and tests carried out are accurately recorded on the job card/repair order. Cost the work and raise invoices
What we need from you:
- A full driving licence is essential
- Experience working within an automotive service department is essential
- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow strict procedures
