Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of mechanical systems. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their service experience while ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required, including upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions.
- Handle cash transactions and manage payments with precision.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and service offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, within the automotive industry.
- Experienced using keyloop/Kerridge & 1 Link.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand customer needs and communicate effectively with technicians.
- Excellent upselling skills to promote additional services that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
