From websites and SEO to creative campaigns and automation, we help our clients grow - and we’re looking for an SEO Executive to help make that happen.
The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven SEO Lead to join our Norwich city centre office. You’ll support the day-to-day delivery of SEO campaigns across a range of clients, helping to boost organic traffic, improve visibility, and track performance.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in SEO who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis
- Optimise website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking structures
- Monitor technical SEO issues, identify fixes, and work with developers when needed
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles for local SEO clients
- Analyse and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Keep up with industry updates and best practices to improve client results
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- 1–2 years’ experience in an SEO role, ideally agency-side
- Knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO
- Proficient with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Rank Math etc.)
- Comfortable using WordPress to update content and metadata
- Good written English and ability to write for web with clarity and structure
- Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience using Elementor
- Familiarity with local SEO strategies and Google Business Profile optimisation
- Awareness of how AI tools can support SEO content and analysis
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
