About the role
Reporting to the SmartDispense® Contract Team Manager, you’ll be the ‘go-to’ support for our front-line sales colleagues, Innserve engineers and, when needed, our customers directly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing SmartDispense® welcome calls, customer contracts, installation journeys and billing processes.
- Acting as the escalation point for service issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Supporting renewals and complex contract changes for existing customers.
- Taking ownership of national Salesforce SmartDispense® queries through to resolution.
- Creating and maintaining process guides to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.
- Producing and analysing reports to identify process gaps, minimise spend outside of policy, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Supporting the Draught Dispense Team Leader with billing and data queries to enable accurate invoicing.
- Maintaining SmartDispense® data records and ensuring accuracy across National Groups and Brewers.
- Providing project support for bespoke SmartDispense® activity.

- Communicating and presenting effectively to different audiences at all levels
- Working collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders

- An annual bonus
- Company-funded Private Medical Healthcare
- Double-matched pension (up to 10%)
