Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales/Senior Negotiator to join our team at our Petersfield office. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. You will play a vital role in building relationships with clients and guiding them through their property journey. You may be already skilled in taking Instructions, or perhaps keen to learn this as the next step in your career. You must have at least 12 months minimum experience in estate agency.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
- Provide administrative support throughout the sales process, including preparing contracts and documentation.
- Maintain an organised database of properties, clients, and leads to ensure efficient follow-up and communication.
- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords to achieve satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and achieve sales targets.
- Be prpeared to go the extra mile for our Clients and demonstrate this in your current position.
Five day working week, 28 days holiday after finishing your probation period.

Pay: £24,420.00-£45,516.36 per year
