The Sales Engineer will be the technical foundation of our UK expansion — a critical role that bridges customer needs with product capabilities to unlock and accelerate complex enterprise deals.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical leader during the sales process — helping prospects understand what’s possible with Heidi, guiding integration feasibility, and ensuring a smooth transition into implementation.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to navigate high-stakes enterprise requirements, including EMR integrations, SSO, custom data workflows, and security architecture. You’ll bring technical credibility, customer empathy, and a strong sense of ownership to every deal.
