Amazon is now reinventing on behalf of the business customer and focused on building Amazon Business (AB), the largest and most innovative Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace in the world. We are focused on building solutions to enable B2B customers to discover, research, and buy products from AB. Our AB CPS Teams focus on dedicated Sales and Account Management support to our large B2B customers.
As a Senior Product Manager in the EU Go To Market Org for Amazon Business CPS, you will be responsible for executing Generative AI initiatives across the EU CPS Sales and Account Management teams. You will work closely with Science and Product teams, as well as Sales Operations and Enablement teams, to drive sales automation initiatives, enabling our sales teams to focus more deeply on high-value customer interactions. Success in this role will be measured by the quantifiable reduction in time spent on non-customer-facing activities and increased sales effectiveness.

This role can be based in London, Paris, Munich, Madrid or Milan

Key job responsibilities
  • Define the vision and strategy for GenAI applications within EU Amazon Business's Sales functions
  • Partner with WW stakeholders in AB GTMO, and across Stores, AWS, teams to implement GenAI solutions
  • Develop and implement AI/ML capabilities
  • Work with Sales Operations and Enablement teams to develop adoption strategies
  • Define the mechanisms to ensure deep-rooted implementation of AI tools within Sales workflows


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies and their business applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in sales technology, CRM systems, or sales operations
  • Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
