SENIOR PLANNER - NORFOLK (TIER 1 OPPORTUNITY!)
We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Senior Planner to join our prestigious client, a leading tier 1 construction company.
As a Senior Planner, you’ll provide essential planning and programming expertise to the pre-contract and project teams, ensuring every element comes together seamlessly.
*Paid accommodation Monday to Friday is included in the package for applicants located outside of Norfolk.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project success by instigating and monitoring performance metrics throughout the lifecycle.
- Seamlessly integrate design, procurement, and construction elements for maximum efficiency.
- Develop robust tender programmes and method statements, presenting them with confidence.
- Manage changes effectively, advising on EOT (Extension of Time) implications where needed.
- Prepare schedules and analyse quotes for time-related preliminaries with precision.
To be successful you will need to have demonstratable experience of working as a senior planner on major large scale construction projects. Experience of MOJ projects preferable but not essential. Experience of working with NEC contracts essential.
Due to the nature of the role, you will also be required to undergo security screening (BPSS) at offer stage.
