You’ll also assist with day to day practice tasks, contribute to the upkeep of displays and equipment, and be a friendly, reliable point of contact for both patients and colleagues. We are looking for a full-time Senior Optical Assistant to join us in delivering outstanding patient care. Thsi role will require you to work Saturdays. You’ll play a key role in taking ownership of tasks, leading a small team of 3 and providing expert advice, sharing knowledge on frames and fittings, and delivering ongoing care that makes patients feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. Part of your role will include managing the monthly direct debit payments and diary management.
