What We’re Looking For:
- A deep passion for skincare and the aesthetics industry.
- NVQ Level 2, 3, and 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in advanced skincare and laser treatments.
- Proven expertise in laser hair removal with 2+ years of hands-on experience (Lumenis LightSheer preferred but not essential).
- Strong familiarity with skin treatments such as peels, microneedling, Cryopen, Hydrafacial, and more.
- Extensive knowledge of cosmeceutical skincare brands and products.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Confidence in recommending tailored skincare products and treatments to clients.
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert consultations into lasting relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Treatment Excellence: Deliver a range of skin and laser treatments, including advanced procedures like Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, Body Contouring, and more.
- Client Engagement: Build long-term client relationships through expert consultation and exceptional care, ensuring clients achieve their skincare goals.
- Operational Leadership: Take ownership of clinic operations, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows and adherence to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with management to drive clinic success.
