An opportunity has arisen for Band 3’s Health Care Support Workers within our Orthopaedic Elective/Trauma wards in RAH, Clyde.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HCSW with effective communication skills to join our friendly team. In return we offer on-going learning opportunities to support your learning and development.
You will be required to assist us in delivering a high standard of nursing care to a cohort group of Orthopaedic patient’s for pre and post -operative scheduled surgery. These posts require candidates with problem solving skills and good listening skills and a compassionate nature. Evidence of Orthopaedic experience would be advantageous or any care setting.
We support a multi-disciplinary approach which includes nursing staff, consultants, and extended scope practitioners.
Experience within ACUTE Hospital setting, Venepuncture, Cannulation, NEWS monitoring would be preferred, although training will be provided by our Practise Educators.
