Senior Fulfilment Lead – Help Build a World-Class Global Brand
Are you a high-performing fulfilment pro who thrives under pressure and takes pride in getting things done — no matter what?
We’re looking for a Fulfilment Lead to take full ownership of dispatch and inventory at one of the fastest-growing sports memorabilia brands in the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who holds themselves to the highest standards and doesn’t clock out until the job is done. You will initially own the entire logistics and fulfilment operation yourself & as the business grows, this position will evolve into a team to which you'd be expected to lead.
You’ll be responsible for making sure our world-class products are picked, packed, and delivered — fast, accurately, and on time. Expect early mornings, late finishes, and weekend work when needed — we move quickly, and so should you.

Ownership & Responsibility
The Role
- Prepare, process & dispatch all customer orders accurately & on time to meet delivery deadlines
- Uphold quality standards, focusing on security, presentation & the condition of every item dispatched
- Liaise with customer service, framing & sales teams to quickly resolve any order or delivery issues
- Push beyond regular hours when needed to ensure urgent orders & high volumes are handles without delays
- Support other departments such as framing, goods-in as needed dependent on business demands
