Are you a passionate and skilled senior florist looking for your next opportunity? We are a busy local retail florist seeking an experienced Senior Florist to join our team in Harrow, England. This is an immediate start position with flexible hours and weekly pay.
We are a busy local florist who have been part of this high street for over 10 years.
We are looking for a dedicated and creative florist with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a retail florist environment. As a Senior Florist, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for:
- Crafting beautiful hand-tied bouquets in both dome and wild styles.
- Creating prominent and respectful funeral flower arrangements.
- Managing all aspects of daily florist operations, including:
- Taking customer orders in person and over the phone.
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with their floral needs.
- Maintaining shop displays and ensuring fresh, high-quality floral stock.
- General shop duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a florist in a retail setting, ideally in a senior capacity.
- Floral Expertise: Demonstrable skill in creating a wide range of floral designs, particularly hand-tied bouquets (dome and wild styles) and funeral arrangements.
- Fluent English: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Focused: A friendly and professional demeanor with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
- Organised & Efficient: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible: Able to work shifts of 6-8 hours within our shop operating hours of 10 am - 6 pm.
Pay & Benefits
