Role Overview:

The Senior Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner sits within the Early Careers Team, and will be responsible for summer and full time analyst programme recruitment. The Early Careers Team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and programme management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA Hires.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the graduate programmes.

  • Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategy.

  • Act as a credible business expert on campus talent acquisition market trends.

  • Ensure best global and regional practices are implemented and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed.

  • Keep the candidate tracking system and candidate pipeline is updated on a day-to-day basis.

  • Plan and host interview days, assessment centers and other relevant selection/offer events.

  • Attend and lead the assessment center wash up sessions with the relevant business stakeholders.

  • Support candidate engagement activity.

What we’ll need from you:

  • Recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or agency.

  • Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage.

  • Experience of managing multiple client stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Professional and assertive communication.

  • Proactivity and flexibility.

  • English – advanced.
