Job Description

Wise is on a mission to facilitate borderless transactions – instant, transparent, and eventually free. As we process over $100 billion annually for 16+ million customers, our cloud infrastructure is a critical investment. This role directly supports our mission of eventually making transfers free by identifying optimisation opportunities across our substantial cloud footprint. Every percentage point of efficiency you help us achieve translates to millions in savings that can be passed on to customers through lower fees.

The Platform Engineering Tribe:

We are the driving force behind Wise, making sure everything runs smoothly. Our Cloud Economics team plays a critical role in optimising our cloud infrastructure spend, ensuring we're getting the best return on investment as we scale globally. We support engineering teams to make cost-effective decisions that align with our mission of eventually making money transfers free.

The Cloud Economics Analyst Role:

As our first dedicated analyst in the Cloud Economics space, you'll help transform how we approach cloud cost optimisation across Wise. Your analytical expertise will be instrumental in identifying efficiency gains, building forecasting models, and implementing data validation processes that directly impact our and mission.
