Hello, we’re Reach. Every day, our trusted news, stories and content connect with millions of people where they live - whether that’s on their social feed or at their neighbourhood newsstand; through their local community or their take on the hot topic of the day.
We're home to more than 120 brands - from household names like the Mirror, Express, Daily Star and Daily Record, to local titles like MyLondon, BelfastLive, and the Manchester Evening News, and brands making a splash in the US like the Irish Star.
It's our ability to understand people and the things that matter to them that makes us Britain and Ireland's largest commercial news publisher. We reach around 70% of the UK's online population, 10% of the US online population, and over 100 million social followers around the world, connecting with them on who they are, where they live and what they love.

Job Description
About this role
Reporting to the Head of Content Strategy and Innovation, you’ll lead the creation of content that informs, entertains and drives engagement with a massive global audience. You’ll be a proactive force in collaborating with the agency sales team to win pitches and bring big, bold Social Video ideas to life.
You’ll lead and coach a team of three, setting the creative bar, shaping ways of working and building a fast, feedback‑rich culture that produces content of the highest quality.
You’ll be the creative spark for social‑first storytelling that feels authentically Gen Z, translating brainstorms into standout pitches and decks, and reacting to trends and viral moments while staying true to the brief.
You’ll own the journey from concept to delivery: developing formats, storyboards, scripts and shot lists; directing on set to protect the idea; and edit producing final assets tailored to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X and Snapchat.
You’ll plan cross‑platform activations so ideas travel, collaborate closely with Producers, Editors and Talent Managers, and know when to engage Content Creators, Influencers or on‑screen Talent and how to brief each for impact.
You’ll stay hands on with creation tools, including generative AI for video and image workflows, and you’ll juggle multiple projects at pace while keeping quality high and stakeholders aligned.
Qualifications
What you’ll need to succeed
You’re a proven Senior Creative Producer from a social‑first agency, digital publisher or TV background, with the reel and results to show it.
You think in big, platform‑native ideas and know how to turn them into executable content.
You can sell the idea of creating visually inspiring, on‑brand decks in Adobe, Google, Canva or PowerPoint and you’re commercially aware, balancing audience impact with partner objectives and a top‑line grip on budgets and schedules.
You bring confident leadership managing and coaching a small team, setting clear creative standards, while running multiple projects at pace without sacrificing craft.
You live and breathe social, understanding what hooks and holds attention on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Facebook and X, and you can read UK Gen Z culture to know when and how to react to trends and moments.
You’re hands‑on across development, from storyboards and sharp scripts (vox pops, docs, ents, comedy) to decisive edit producing, and you’re comfortable directing shoots and briefing crews with precision.
Curious and experimental, you’re confident with or keen to learn generative AI for faster prototyping and polish. Above all, you’re organised, collaborative and dependable, bringing genuine passion for youth culture, internet trends, pop culture and social good.
