About the role  

Roku, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs (Employment and Labor Counsel) to join its legal team. You will work closely with Roku’s Legal and cross-functional teams advising on employment, labor, benefits, and related matters. The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws and hands-on experience translating legal requirements into actionable advice for our People team and other teams. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset that enables you to work independently. The position may be based in Roku’s London and/or Cambridge offices.  This role is subject to Roku’s hybrid work policy.
