Are you a strategic thinker passionate about driving growth and transformation? We’re seeking a Senior Commercial & Strategy Manager to join our Strategy and Commercial team and play a pivotal role in scaling Priority’s impact.
In this role, you will craft and deliver innovative strategies that improve customer engagement and boost commercial growth for Priority and across the VMO2 ecosystem. You will develop robust frameworks, analyse complex data, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence key decisions.
You’ll work alongside a motivated, collaborative team that values high performance and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate blends a strong strategic approach with excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. You’re skilled at critical thinking, comfortable interpreting data, and experienced in turning insights into impactful business outcomes.

The must havesIn order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Vast amount of relevant experience in strategy, product, financial, commercial roles, or loyalty program management in a fast-paced environment (e.g. management consulting, corporate finance or in-house strategy/corporate development/business strategy roles).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making including financial modelling. Nice to have: Experience with using Tableau, Looker or similar data query tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels, bringing consistency and momentum to projects
- A proven track record of delivering multi-million pound revenue gains and / or significant contributors to better the experience customers face
- Demonstrating commercial competence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
