We’re seeking a Senior CDP to join our Kitchen Team!


What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with our senior kitchen team to maintain consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation,ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage your assigned kitchen section,coordinating daily prep schedules and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Lead daily briefings for your section team to set expectations and assign responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to the needs of junior staff,focusing on essential skills such as food preparation,presentation,and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor progress and assess training effectiveness,adjusting programmes as needed to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections of your section to ensure compliance with internal and external hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure that all team members strictly adhere to food safety practices,including proper handling,storage,and labelling of ingredients.
  • Serve as primary support to Sous Chefs during high-volume service periods,providing backup and troubleshooting as required.
  • Address any issues that arise during service quickly and efficiently to maintain consistent quality.
  • Maintain knowledge of our produce and suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredient selection.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of food safety standards and legislative requirements to uphold a 5-star EHO rating.


What you’ll bring:

  • Passion and knowledge of restaurants,good cooking,good sourcing of food and drink are a great headstart. But most important is the appetite to learn,grow and be a part of building the most exciting restaurant group in London.
  • 2 years of experience in a fast paced kitchen,where excellence is consistent on every plate.
  • You’re confident in training and developing junior team members.
  • A love for cooking and creating unique dishes.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts across 5 out of 7 days.
  • Full UK right to work documents.
