About The Role

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be registered with SSSC
  • Must hold SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare

Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care in accordance with best practices and company policies
  • Support, lead, and supervise a care team to promote independence while maintaining the dignity and respect of our residents
  • Assess residents' care needs and develop care plans to enhance their quality of life
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
  • Liaise effectively and professionally with residents, families, visitors, regulators, and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular audits and action plans as part of our Quality Assurance Policy
  • Maintain accurate documentation at all times

Shift Patterns:
We offer various shifts for full and part-time positions, including weekend work.
