Senior Care Assistant required for our home in in Ipswich to cover their night shifts.
What you’ll be doing: As a Senior Care Assistant in a Greensleeves Care Home, you will be:
- Responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager.
- You can also expect to complete supervisions and appraisals,
- Administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.
What you’ll need:
- You should have a RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) with previous experience in providing care at a similar level.
