Data informs every decision at Lime, and technology enables all operations at Lime. As a Sr. Associate within the Central Operations organization, you will be at the intersection of data, product, and operations. As part of City Success, you will be focused on solving industry problems that have never been solved before, heavily indexing on data and automation to drive scalable solutions for the business.
This role will own city data reporting to ensure compliance and maintain positive relationships with cities. We are looking for someone that is comfortable using data as a way of validating insights and able to pull data to analyze a problem. The ideal candidate is advanced at SQL, Gsheet, Excel, Tableau and have used these platforms before. Ultimately, you are a data-driven problem solver, eager learner, and well-rounded cross-functional team player ready to tackle the many challenges in micro mobility today.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain scalable operational reporting solutions, focused on complete end-to-end process centralization and automation.
Maintain detailed documentation of data issues, resolutions, and recurring feed anomalies to support continuous improvement
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, reports, and tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to API feeds
Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and data interpretation, enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization
Be a champion for Lime’s city customers, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, to ensure reporting commitments and requirements are continuously met.
About You
4+ years of experience in tech-enabled operations, with experience automating complex business processes at large-scale.
A master in writing efficient SQL, with expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Scripts Python).
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to influence a diverse stakeholder audience (Local Operations, Product, Data Science).
Analytically minded with the ability to assess project performance and financial viability.
High tolerance for ambiguity with a natural reflex for reducing a complex business problem into well-structured tangible components
