Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Provide services tailored to client needs, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Manage your own schedule and workload to meet client demands.
- Utilise upselling techniques to enhance service offerings and increase client satisfaction.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain records of client interactions and transactions.
- Analyse client feedback and service outcomes to improve offerings continuously.
- Communicate effectively in English, with the ability to converse in Spanish or other languages being advantageous.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a self-employed or freelance capacity is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions based on data.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
