Job Title: Security Officer
Location: The Arc Shopping Centre, Bury St Edmunds
Pay Rate: £12.55
Hours: 42 hours on average, 4 on 4 off shift pattern
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for the safety and security of The Arc Shopping Centre, its tenants and customers. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Description of Duties:
- Driving service and excellence throughout the Shopping Centre
- Carrying out patrols of the site this includes daily & weekly security checks
- Flexible working
- Building and maintaining a professional relationship with all internal & external customer
- Carry out regular on site patrols of the centre – open air centre
- Maintaining effective and accurate communication with Colleagues and Tenants
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service delivery
- SIA Licence is essential - DS or CCTV
Experience/Skill Requirements:
- SIA Licence - DS or CCTV
- Honesty, Integrity, good communication skills.
- A flexible and responsible approach to the job.
- A level of good customer service.
- The ability to work Independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and take training opportunities when offered.
- Reliability and enthusiasm for the role.
