Security Officer – Burton Latimer, Kettering
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our team, at a well-established site in Burton Latimer, Kettering. You’ll be a key part of the on-site team, helping maintain a safe and secure environment, monitoring access, and providing a visible presence throughout your shift.
Shift Pattern
- Thursday to Sunday Nights: 18:00 – 06:00
- Alternate Wednesday Nights: 18:00 – 06:00
- Plus overtime and holiday cover as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols and ensure all access points are secure
- Control access and egress to site, logging vehicle and visitor movements
- Maintain accurate records and incident logs
- Act as a visible and professional deterrent
- Report health and safety issues or unusual activity promptly
- Liaise with the control room and emergency services if required
Requirements – All Essential
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding, Door Supervision or Close Protection)
- A full 5-year checkable work/education history
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 42 – 60 per week
