Job Title: Security Roster Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate security staff rosters, utilising Logosoft.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and BS 7858 vetting.
- Process end-of-month salaries and payroll.
- Coordinate holiday leave and accrual calculations.
- Collaborate with Operations Management for optimal roster results.
- Liaise with clients and staff for satisfaction.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary actions.
- Motivate and support staff, maintaining strong relationships.
- Cover out-of-hours phone duties on a rotation basis.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Administer Logosoft, overseeing all elements.
- Develop efficient administrative systems.
- Oversee purchases and sourcing for best value.
- Assist Operations Manager/Director upon requests.
- Conduct professional email correspondence.
