Overview
We are seeking a farm shop assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for excellent customer service. You'll be helping out in our farm shop 2-3 days a week 10:30am to 4:30pm, potentially Thursday and Friday. Selling freshly picked fruits, plants and serving light refreshments to our lovely customers. This is a great opportunity to work in a relaxed, countryside setting with a small, welcoming team.
Duties
- Serving customers and handling payments
- Restocking produce and displays
- Keeping the premises clean and tidy
- Preparing and serving light refreshments
- Providing friendly and helpful service
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and people skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Food Hygiene level 3 desirable
- Some retail or hospitality experience is essential
Additional hours/days may be available during peak times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
