Edwards and Ward
Edwards and Ward are an award-winning caterer specialising in education, and we have built our reputation on fresh food prepared on site by staff who care about what they do.
Michael Edwards/Mike Ward founded the company in February 1999 and gained their first contract in March the same year. We are proudly independent and have never had a change in ownership or been part of another company.
Both founding Directors have many years’ experience in managing educational and business & industry contracts and are able to deliver quality services to clients that appoint them.
We recognised the importance of Healthy eating and were the first company to be awarded the “Food for Life Gold” by the Soil Association in two Counties (240 Schools) for driving healthy eating and the importance of food and its provenance in schools.
We also pride ourselves on our flexible approach that allows our teams freedom to take real ownership of the business they manage and share in the success they achieve.
We truly value those who deliver services to our clients; this commitment made us the smallest UK contract caterer to be recognised as an Investor in People when we were only 18 months old!
