Surrey Grade 4 (FTE: £24,275 - 25,993). Actual salary: £21,419 - 22,935.
36 hours per week (to be worked on a shift rota between the hours of 0800 and 1630, Monday to Friday).
40 weeks per year (39 weeks of term-time, including 5 Inset Days; 1 week as required during school holidays).

St Joseph’s is a large, 3-form entry, primary school with over 630 children in Reception to Year 6. We also have a nursery on site. This position in the school office is one of three that provides administrative support and customer assistance across a wide range of the school’s functions and services. Your hours will be 0800-1535 Monday to Friday during term-time. The role offers enormous variety, but also the opportunity to learn more about some of the specialist areas such as: Customer Relations; IT; First Aid.
You will possess a high level of proficiency in English (spoken and written) and excellent customer service skills. You will also be confident and competent with a range of IT and administrative software packages (eg: Google applications and Microsoft Office) and you will have attention to detail.
